Some of the buildings do sit on the lake. You pay more for those apartments. When I lived there I believe it was 550-600 per month for a lake view apartment. If you are looking to live in that area of Clarkston than I would recommend Greens Lake Apartments. They have bigger/nicer apartments and have more lake views. They are also in the same price range. They are right down the road from Chalet Villa on Parview Rd.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
