Is there high speed internet and air conditioning available?

Both are a necessity for me.

Air conditioning is included, however, high speed internet is not an included amenity. But you can easily get it installed from a local service provider for cheap. You can check out the At&t Bell South website for service costs. It's a great place to live. You wouldn't be disappointed.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
