I am starting a job of unknown duration in Texas City. I will not sign a multiple month lease when it is impossible for me to know how long I will be there.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
