Looking to relocate to Florida in the near future and would like to know from current tenants what it's like to live in this community...how's the noise from neighbors/parking lot? Is the area safe? How close to the beach is this community? I have a 1 year old son and need to know if I'd be able to walk around this area and know that I'd be safe. How's the crime? shopping (grocery)? Any input is greatly appreciated!!! THanks so much!!

yes, it's a very safe area. I've lived in the area for a year and a half and have several coworkers who do as well, and we are all professionals with clean records. :) I don't know about this particular apt complex though. This is a couple miles from the beach. As close as you can get while still being affordable. There are several grocery stores in this area- one of each chain. It's not a very 'hip' area, though. Very residential.
