me and my roomate are moving out in jan to go to school she has a three yr old min pin chuahua its a non allergenic dog which weighs no more than 5lbs and is house/crate trained we are having trouble finding places who will rent to someone with a pet do you allow pets of this nature in your apt complex

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
