How do they fix a mold problem in my apt.

I have mold in the guess bathroom and bedroom closet and part of one side i notice there is a mold problem. All my clothes in one closet is moldy and the tv stand is molded to.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
