Please see the review in apartmentratings.com about the Peeping Tom....there also seem to be a lot more homeless people cutting through the property lately - they must be sleeping in the open fields on Midway and using this property as a place to cut through. Short answer....NOT safe and that's why I'm moving next month!

I have not witnessed the Peeping Tom myself, but my roommate has seen him on the property. There are hoodlums that jump the fence and walk through the property as well. The other proplem is that there was a woman evicted just a week ago because her apartment is infested with rats and trash!! The apartment manager doesn't seem to think it's necessary to inform the people directly affected by it, that there is a health risk involved. This isn't just a couple of rat traps, catch them and they're gone. It's an INFESTATION!!! Do yourself a favor - - - look elsewhere.

I have not seen a peeping tom or homeless people walking around. No one around us has rats or bugs of any sort. Maybe they live on a different side I don't know, but we have liked it here. The apartment staff are friendly and pretty much leave us alone. I have not seen anything that would make me think this apartment complex is not safe. There is an Addison cop that lives probably 6 apartments down, close to the front gate.
