I think so because she even calls my phone and tells me why am I parked there and allows those other handicap people to park there for months on end....I hope to be moving soon but want some kind of advocacy to know of this behavior of favoritism going on....this has completely stressed me out...although they give me a vacant garage to use, sometimes if I have to park in the handicap I get grief for it....

Your lease usually has a provision about inoperable vehicles. If it is inoperable, then she may have the right to ask you to move it off the property. But if you are using it, then no she cannot.

Well, private or public parking?Private property is pretty much at the discretion of property owner, regardless.public however would lead me to believe that he's way out of his juristiction. However, I get the jest that there might be another individual who is competing for usage of this parking spot, so you have to ask yourself "how much trouble is it worth?' even if your entitled.

Is there a parking addendum in your lease that may say differently? Most places I have worked at include some sort of a 72 hour duration period for parking. However, if he is not forcing the same rules upon other tenants there could be some sort of favortism or discrimination going on.
