Good evening

I'm looking for a studio starting on the fifth of next month.

How much is the rent? How much is the security deposit?
Do I get an extra month free? What utilities am I responsible for? Is there any equipment you supply? Our budget is $780/month

Looks like it take more then 12 days for those guys to reply. Then, what is their reliability?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
