when I lived there, before we moved in, they did offer us a deal where they reduced our rent but we had to provide an answer right away. I don't know if they have that now but the reduced rent price was significant enough for us to take the deal. You might have to call them and schedule an appointment or stop in and maybe they'll work with you.
