We're looking into renting an apt. at Brrokdale in July, we're concerned about many things. Please, those of you whom have lived there for a while, can you let me know the positive and negatives about living there. Im not rushing to move into an apt. thats not good for my family and I. Thank You

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
