I am about to move into an apartment there, where the carpet has been replaced, and a friend told me that someone was killed there. I need to know before I move in.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
