I haven't lived in the south in 15 years (relocating back from NYC). I have had enough upheaval in my life. I just want a safe, decent, quiet place to live and raise my 2 children after a divorce. Is this place a good choice or not?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
