the sales lady at madison at bridge creek apartment in Wilsonville, OR explained it to me. But I want to know if there is anything I should be aware of that she may not have mentioned.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
