Thinking of moving to one of them in the late fall

Think twice. The rent is high and will go up drastically within a year. Parking is a joke and they have a contract with a local wrecking company to come and tow vehicles at night. You wake up and your car is gone clear across town. $250.00 a pop CASH every time they do it. Trash is in one location and if you don't live close you hawl it in your vehicle to the sight every time you want to take your trash out. The walls are paper thin. Maintenance may be good or not. They have rodent problems and management is a pain. They don't clear the area if it snows. If you have a package they will take it for you in the office but you must pick it up during their hours which meant for me taking off work to get their during business hours. If you are into gyms and swimming, good for you. If your not, they charge you for it anyway. Pray for great neighbors and a newly remodeled apartment otherwise windows leak, bills are high and rent is atrocious. Prepare for the worst and don't forget that I have warned you about all the added expenses that they have just forgotten to tell you about. The apartments are large and roomy which is nice but they aren't quiet. You will be fortunate to find a parking spot within two blocks of your apartment and if your from out of state, have your $250.00 ready because your vehicle will be towed and you will not be forwarned. Good luck if you rent here, you will need it!

I agree, think very carefully before you rent at Bonnie Ridge. Although the location is awesome, the apartments are nothing special. The management at Bonnie Ridge, however, is truly horrid.

If you need a short-term lease and you don't mind paying top dollar for a good location, Bonnie Ridge could be a reasonable choice. Given the considerable annoyances of living there, many of which are caused by poor management, I would not recommend a lease longer than 3 to 6 months.

It's the last one I want to recommend to move in.
You may find more than $100.0/ month rent increase after one year. Peoples in the office are not nice and everythings are below everage except nice view.
