we are planing to book apartment in belmount place. and thy offered us a 2 bed room in 9th block. so i want to know if it is safe to stay thr.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
