My advice as a renter that just moved out of there....the place absolutely sucks! Every summer there were ants coming into our place thru the electrical sockets. And we weren't the only ones! The view is nice; the rent is too much. The management is terrible and why pay for the benefit of security when the security gates rarely if ever work properly. The swimming pool area is dirty, children running around unattended and the parking is bad, bad, bad! We spent 3 years there and paid thousands of dollars in rent that was wasted; now we own a home for $500 less than the $1810 they were charging us for the Townhome with a view of the Lake. Please don't be fooled by the management as we 3yrs ago when we signed the lease. Shop around and find a better place; they are out there.
