It was bad enough to soak a whole half of our basement carpet. If I would have had my TV or Computer against that wall, they could have been ruined. It took a lot of calls to the office before we finally got someone out there to suck the moisture out of the carpet. It left a musty smell for several months. Maintenance never really did anything to fix it. His explanation was "it's a concrete foundation, it's common sense that it's going to leak". Needless to say, that didn't leave a very good first impression of the Maintenance staff. It mainly only leaked last spring during the rainy season. They finally came and patched some of the cracks in the basement wall later in the summer. I don't know if that helped, or if it finally stopped b/c we didn't have the heavy rainfall anymore.
