We are interested because we are enticed by the option of $699 special they are running now...but also have the ability to wait until September when rent is usually cheaper! Thanks so much!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
