Hello- I saw an ad on craigslist for a nice-looking 1 br condo here and was going to apply, but then I came across all of these reviews. Is this place still as bad as everyone claimed it was 2 years ago? Have there been improvements?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
