I would like to know the utilities that will be provided. Is the kitchen furnished? What about A/C and electricity?
Iam really interested in Barbizon, and I ll be moving to Nashville in a bit..

You are aware that the entire complex has been taken over by Vanderbilt University as graduate law school housing, right? That's what they told me when they told me to get lost in 60 days.
Don't know how things have changed on the inside, and don't really care. But for what it's worth, my corporate studio there had a full kitchen complete with automatic dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and even glassware.
The AC is provided via a window unit and the electricity was included in the rent--not sure what the policy is now.
You'll excuse me if I sound slightly bitter, but I'm still mad at the way they shoved everybody out the door. Sure, they offered all current tenants space in their other properties, but all of them at considerably higher rents for units that weren't even furnished.
To add insult to injury, the place I where I eventually ended up moving to after all this gave me twice the floor space for only about $200 more than what I was paying at Barbizon all those years. All told, I'd reconsider this place, if it's even still available.
