It's been about three years since I've lived there so I don't know how/if things have changed since, but when I was staying there I was single and did not have problems with kids. That being said, there will likely be kids in and around the pool and there were some kids on bikes and skateboards around the perimeter sidewalk. Your apartment location will depend a lot on the noise level. I noticed no kid stuff in the parking lot while I was there. to answer your question-No. The only time you see a congregation of kids like that is at private pool parties or at times near the clubhouse.There are a lot of older adults who live here and its very quiet in the community itself. If there is ever any noise mangement addresses the situation right away.These are great apartments to live in .
