Are all the buildings kind of built on a slant? What buildings seem to be better as far as "structural integrity"?

I plan on moving in there soon and want to make sure I don't get stuck in some crappy apartment!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
