Why is Avalaon at Edgewater in Edgewater, NJ such a poorly run property?

I hear stories from residents about rude management, unresponsive maintenance staff, cheap fixtures and vandalism in the parking garage. Also, the walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor's conversation. It's also very expensive. How bad is this property?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
