On their website, it says small pets (dogs under 25lbs allowed) but in some of the posts online from tenants it says no pets allowed. Is this right?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
