Pets under 30 pounds are allowed per covenant rules. No aggressive breeds allowed, and owners must have pets on leash. For privately owned units, you will have to check with the renter or property management company.

There are no aggressive breeds of dog. Any and all dogs have the same potential to become aggressive as well as gentle.

I'm just quoting from the homeowner's association book. If you would prefer that I not mention that and give the person incomplete information, well, that's pretty ridiculous.
