when I was looking to downsize and move back to Buffalo, my parents had friends living here at Autumn Creek- both empty nesters. They absolutely love it here, in fact one of them said he wished he had done this years ago. It's a nice, quiet complex. There are more children living here now than when I moved in 3 years ago, but they seem to be good kids, and there isn't any trouble here that I know about. There are a lot of nice complexes around this area with good sized apartments that took the sting out of downsizing! Good luck with your move!
