IS this apartment near UT? Can I catch the UT bus near the apartment?

Nope. This apartment is nowhere near the UT campus for pick up, though you can drive down Mo-pac to Enfeild or Windsor and hop on the bus there. The city bus picks up near by, but I've never tried that and don't know where it goes.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
