I keep my apartment VERY CLEAN and I am somewhat of a neat freak. Roaches make my skin crawl and I hate 'em too!! I will say I have seen three roaches since i've been here (from May to October). Two of those were dead already. After I saw the first one, I asked them to exterminate ASAP!!!!! Haven't seen one since then so i'm crossing my fingers. Unfortunately, I think any apartment that is older than 10 yrs will have some sort of bug or rodent problem. Wish I had a newer place to live in. I think as far as bugs, some people have the problem worse than others, but as far as I know in my apartment, they must be dying (I put up a billion traps) or they are good at hiding.

We have free pest control. If you have any pest problems, contact the front office. Our pest control company comes out every thursday to treat any problems that come up. Since I have been here I haven't had many complaints about pest problems. The ones that I have gotten have been reguarding spiders or flies, not roaches, and most of those have been preventative, not due to problems.
