How many owners have they had in the past 10 years ?



I would like to know if this is a flip property. Reason ? When property owners in Texas file bankruptcy or they are foreclosed upon, it is hard to hold them accountable. Financial institutions that foreclose on a property assume all legal and binding contracts, "leases" and collect monies from tenants. However, they are not always held responsible for refunding deposits and or relocating tenants who's units are in bad repair. I think attention should be brought to the fact that if you try to bring suit against a complex for lack of repair or monies owed to you you are most likely fighting a loosing battle. People should make sure they are renting from stable business owners and management companies.
