Why do you only accept pets up to 40 lbs?

I have a lab puppy and she won't be full grown for about tow years and she will only be 60 lbs full grown, but I can't seem to catch a break with leasing an apartment because of the weight restrictions. I just need someone to let me keep my dog, I am not going to get rid of her because she will weigh 20 lbs over your limit in two years.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
