My roommate and I are looking to relocate. Between the two of us, we have 2 cats and one small dog (30 pounds). If you allow pets, is there a maximum to the number of pets in a unit?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
