Depends where you are in the complex. I was in 116 and didn't hear at all. If you are facing it, of course you'd hear it, but in the back of the complex you are fine.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
