I am about to move in and sort of hesitant now after reading all the reviews

Did you move in? If you did, what do you think, was it a mistake or not?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
