I have heard nothing but positive feedback about this place and seeing these bad reviews makes me hesitant to move in. Can anybody else rate it so I can see a better sample? Sounds hit or miss

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
