(user photo) and this is the patch job they did and the next day it was leaking as you can see...there's more but im sure you get the hint (user photo) this one happen on day i moved out you can clearly see that it has leaked before..what a mess (user photo) this is crazy see all the water leaking around vent...

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
