What are these horrible move out fees I keep hearing about at Amber Chase in Mcdonough? Is it a clean community?

No!!! Save your money for a better place. It might look appealing now, but you will want to move as soon as your lease is up!!!!
I could only stand a year there. The fees when you move out are astronomical!!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
