They have an apartment available and I need to move rather quickly. I read the reviews but the most recent is 2006. I was hoping it was in better shape now than when these reviews were written. Can anyone help?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
