Are the condo's wood frame construction and do they have any sound barrier insulation in the walls between the units

When I lived there (for one year), it seemed like there were no insulation. I was able to hear everything. It was definitely one of the reasons why I left, added to the poor water pressure that was never resolved...among many other issues...Good Luck

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
