Why do you give everyone different rent amounts when the units are all the same sizes?

I am asking cause I don't seem to understand why you would charge one person a lower or lowest price to another whom is obviously being over charged. Reguardless of the one month free, everyone is given that. Is based upon favoritism? I known folk whom paided between the amounts of 625-740.

Well, I am assuming that they are greedy.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
