Are you trying to comment on an opinion, or to provide a new opinion about an apartment complex?

If you are putting in a comment about an opinion, click on the link of the review title and go to the page displaying the review/opinion. Scroll to the bottom of the opinion and you'll see a text box that says, "Your thoughts? Post a response to this review." You can enter your comment there. You'll have to log in or create a login if you don't have one for it to be posted!
