Why is it that my Apartments not listed?

I have tried several times to post a comment about the Apartments that I live in and they are not listed. I have filled out the information on them, to be verified, and they still have not been listed on your website. They are accessable on Rent.com & APartmentGuide.com. The rental office here runs two different locations and still now where to vent.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
