How can we get an inappropriate review removed?

Asked 92 days ago

I do not think it's appropriate, nor does it look good on apartmentratings.com's behalf to mention the names of the people working in office of these places, especially when I know for a fact and can prove that someone that wrote one of the reviews did not actually own the condo and never would have spoken with the manager concerning any of these issues. Owners must be the one to discuss all issues when they have family members living in their condos. This complex has an individual owner for each unit. Please let me know if this can be resolved.

At the bottom of the webpage, there is a link that says "Contact Us". When you click on that link, it gives you a number of reasons anyone may want to contact Apartmentratings.com. The last bullet about the middle of the page is "Report Abuse". Then it will walk you through which review you want looked at and Apartmentratings.com will check it out. If the poster has violated the user agreement, it will be removed.
