I am thinking about moving there. I kind of feel like they are giving me the run around (more more more money).. Are they unprofessional? Is the high rent worth the apartement?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
