Since new management took over, I have not learned if they have an email address. It is now called, "The Pointe". The phone is: 919-960-8298. Be sure to ask if they have any specials going as the rents have gone up since this new firm from Atlanta bought out the property. BT

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
