Love the building and would like to live there, but can't afford that much rent. What is your lowest rental? How much for 2 bdrms, 1 bath. Is rent on the upper floors more than lower ones?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
