Is there really a roach problem going on?

My fiance and I are looking into renting there and noticed the review about a severe roach infestation and would like to know if anyone could please give us an updated review. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
