Are there wahser and dryer hook ups within the apartment itself

I have my own washer and dryer family size and I need to know if I should sale it or bring with me to have it hooked up in the apartment. And is there additional charge and a certain floor you need to live on

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
