What is the move-in fee for this building?

I signed the lease, and just recently found out that their is going to be a fee for moving in. After doing some research, I found a list of Rules and Regulations for the condo association. It sited a $25 elevator rental, plus a refundable $100 deposit. Does this sound right, or should I expect steeper costs?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
