I am thinking of moving to 100 Maiden Lane into a 1 Bedroom. I'm currently living in Gramercy (and have been for nearly 3 years) but want to move out of my studio. I've read reports of noisy neighbors and thin walls -- I would like to know your personal experience with this situation.

No noise or neighbors. However I could hear the piano from the neighbors. 100 Maiden Lane really is not worth your money. Go find somewhere else.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
